Melissa Amonette, MD Dr. Amonette is a is a graduate of the University of Toledo College of Medicine and the emergency medicine residency program at Mercy St Vincent Medical Center, where she served as a chief resident of the program from 2008 - 2009.  Dr Amonette is board certified in Emergency Medicine.

She
serves as co-medical director for Northwest Ohio EMS agencies. 

Dr Amonette is also a member of the Jerusalem Twp Fire Department.
Teresa Bridges, MD, FACEP
Dr Bridges received her medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine and completed residency at Ohio State University Hospital. 

Dr Bridges is board certified in Emergency Medicine and Pediatric Emergency Medicine.  She is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians.

Dr. Bridges serves as co-medical director for a number of Northwest Ohio EMS agencies (Middleton and Troy Township Fire / EMS agencies)
James Case, MD


Dr Case received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine.  In 2011 he completed his residency in Emergency Medicine from Mercy St Vincent Medical Center and then completed a critical care fellowship from Oregon Health and Sciences University in 2013.  He is board certified in Emergency Medicine and Critical Care.

Dr. Case has extensive training and experience and prehospital care including emergency medical services and air medical transport for life flight in Toledo, Ohio and Cleveland, Ohio.  Dr. Case serves as co-medical director of Northwest Ohio EMS agencies as a critical care liaison.

Prior to becoming a physician, Dr Case was a paramedic.  Dr Case resides with his wife and children.  He is currently a member of the Richfield Township Fire Department.
 Bill Krebs, DO

 
 Dan Neumeyer, DO

Dr. Neumeyer is a 2009 graduate of Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.  He is a graduate of the emergency medicine residency program at Mercy St Vincent Medical Center, where he served as a chief resident of the program from 2011 - 2012.

Dr. Dan Neumeyer is an emergency medicine physician board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.  He has worked in the Mercy Healthcare system serving the Toledo Community since 2009.  Dr. Neumeyer also serves as co-medical director for a number of Northwest Ohio EMS agencies and Mercy Life Flight / Mobile Life.

Prior to becoming a physician, Dr. Neumeyer worked as a police officer and an emergency medical technician.  In his spare time, Dr. Neumeyer enjoys aviation, water skiing, and spending time with his family.
